Potato-green beans stir fry recipe/potato-lobia phali masala recipe/how to make potato-lobia masala

Potato-lobia masala is tasty and easy to cook. It is easily available in the market, and also known as long green beans or Chinese green beans. so let's cook potato-lobia masala today --

for 3- 4 persons
Time - 30 minutes

ingredients -
Lobia/long green beans - 250 grams
(chopped)
Potato - 2 (Chopped)
Tomato - 1 (Chopped)
Onion - 2 (Chopped)
Garlic - 5-6 bud (finely chopped)
Ginger - 1/2 inch piece (finely chopped)
Green Chillies - 3-4 (Chopped)
Green Coriander - Finely Chopped
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 3 tbs

Recipe -- 

First, heat 3 tbs oil in a pan, after heating the oil, add cumin seeds and fry it,  

then add ginger, garlic, green chilli and onion in the oil and fry it on medium flame till onion becomes golden. 

add tomatoes and fry it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. 

mix the turmeric, then add the green beans and potato, add salt and fry it on medium flame for 2 minutes. 

cover it and cook for 5 minutes on low flame, after 5 minutes, stir it and again cook  it on low flame for 5 minutes. 

Now open the lid and stir it, add green coriander . 

Now potato-beans masala is ready to serve. serve it with roti/ paratha, poori/kachori, naan, kulcha or dal-chawal.
